AC issues but great service

The staff truly turned a disappointing night around for us. They were friendly, accommodating, and made the best of an unfortunate situation with our room.

The noise from the air conditioning unit in our room was quite disruptive, making it a bit challenging to relax fully after a long day.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a great breakfast experience that included a variety of delicious options and a perfect location just 15 km from downtown Cincinnati.

We recently stayed over a long weekend and truly enjoyed exploring the nearby Newport on the Levee entertainment district with my daughter. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was a standout with a fantastic variety of hot and cold options that changed daily.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation could be more convenient for families with children.

Wonderful stay with a stunning river view.

Exceptional cleanliness throughout, especially in our room, which felt meticulously maintained. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh fruit and a variety of hot options like sausage gravy and pancakes. On the downside, the shower had a slow drainage issue and the room showed slight wear, but none of that overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

our stay at holiday inn express & suites cincinnati riverfront was fantastic! the facilities were classy and well-maintained. we loved the delicious breakfast every morning. the location was also great, just a short trip to cincinnati attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our family feel welcome. we appreciated the spacious room designed for families, which made our stay comfy.

Highly recommend for families with children

Had a small suite, which was fantastic for my kids and me. The breakfast offered make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit, really brought smiles to our faces each morning.

It was pricey but you get what you pay for.
